annointing an amulet is BS

Let us instill amulet after corruption....
We can't risk to corrupt Amulets. It's double risk.

doesnt corruption say you can't modify the item

we are talking specifically about amulets rn

modify and annoint are 2 different things though in poe1 you also cannot really modify corrupted items but you can change the annoint even when its corrupted xD

so people that come from path of exile 1 that join poe2 for the first time are like aight i am gonna annoint this item because we see owh there are oils already in the game xD nope not happening today bi** minus 15 divines

like we can change the items we put in sockets on gear that are corrupted too so why cant we change annoint?

No, modify and anoint are not two different things in POE1. There is an item, tainted oil, made specifically to allow you to anoint a corrupted ring/amulet. Just like there are other tainted currencies that allow you to modify other aspects of corrupted items.

You cannot modify, which includes anoint, items in POE1 without a special tainted currency made specifically to allow you to modify them. That is exactly the same in POE2.

This is your failure to pay attention, plain and simple.
