Are Fleshpierce and Bloodgulp removed from the game now?

Why was this done? You pay a pretty hefty spirit cost for the spectre PLUS you have to invest in keeping it alive. It was balanced in POE 1 and there's no reason it wouldn't be balanced on poe 2.
