There are plenty of t0 items available on trade, but this one seems to be missing entirely. Something is likely broken here.

Bump for visability, looking at the json info on the merit of service the league tag never got updated to "league": "Rise of the Abyssal", instead it still shows "league": "Dawn of the Hunt".

The client crash for this item was fixed, but the item still appears to be drop disabled without any patch notes indicating as such.
