They definitely won't do it because this supports their black market for selling items and currency outside POE. If you believe that POE devs are not involved in this, then you have a lot in this world to learn.

They state they block accounts that do black marketing, but with an auction house, they can block that forever, and they just don't want that. It is money-making for them, so why block it?
