New update and continued console game crashing!?!??!??

Title says it all. 8/6 update and nonstop console crashing!

Why is this occuring and unplayable???? What was this update???

I am also getting crashes. First a sound issue then it freezes. Happened twice. It is unplayable.

Game just freezes. Can't click anything. Just screen freeze. Not going to play with risk to lose my HC character. Such a shame. I hope this gets fixed in the next 8 hours...PlayStation...so does Sony need to approve yet another update?

Same here. First I thought this was related to some juiced up maps as I encountered this first time in PS5 standard when I was testing chieftain cast when stunned build, it happened 3 times in a T16 map, but the portals did not vanish. Then I switched to HCSSF Merc league and a T5 map, only 20-40 seconds in then hard freeze. Game won’t respond at that point anymore, I had to close it manually via PlayStation home button. At this point the game is no longer playable..

Started experiencing these game/console freezing crashes last night. They are still happening this morning. Looks like something bad in the patch.

Reinstalling did not fix the issue. Still crashing.

The issue is the latest update. I see it was for audio and that's it, but it's causing the system freeze. It likley needs another update and approval from Sony. It's too bad 1.5 wasted days for Zizs Gauntlet. Likely won't be able to get far into gauntlet and lose the opportunity for loot box
