I am wandering - why do you have Ele Weakness in Automation set-up? As Automation only triggers instant skills, so ele weakness is not being triggered... Am I missing something? Outside of that you've got a few of options, increased mana regeneration rate on your gear, stacking Primordial Bonds or tattooing with Tattoo of the Hinekora Shaman. You're pretty close to having enough and might also benefit from some more cooldown recovery rate once you do have enough mana recovery. But really just need to socket the gems in. If you can manage the life cost it's going really well! Using Blood rage, automation, life tap, efficacy, and arcane surge(Which sadly doesn't give arcane surge) I got life cost to 228. I'm sure you could finagle that down to a four link somehow and would be really interesting! Foulborn Kitava's Thirst is definitely interesting and I'll look into it more if it goes core!
