+1 This map has to go away or at least abolish the sun effect damage.

Adding my voice to this, ran my first Sun Temple and it was terrible. The constant DoT, the terrible/unintuitive layout, hard to see doorways, the complete lack of waypoints (only had one in the whole map) and a completely useless 3rd floor.
I'm just glad I didn't run a delirium map on this, it would have been a visual nightmare. This tile set was fine in the acts and added a nice challenge. In maps it's appallingly bad. |

You know what's more fun?
If you're Chayula Monk and you use the Darkness (that thing that removes your spirit and cost 6 ascendancy points to make it good), it instantly goes to 0 if the sun even sees your finger. |

dogshit map. somehow manages to be too tight and wound up while simultaneously having areas that are entirely open and punished by the sun mechanic. pathways that are blocked unless you dive through the fireball is where mobs get logjammed as well, there's not a choice to make in how to navigate it, it's just uncomfortable every time I run it. ailment threshold doesn't matter either just find some shade or fuck you. skip unless I have to

It's funny how they implemented terrible, terrible maps in end game just to have variety. Bro, you can give me that beach map (was it called sandpit?) and I can run that map for hundred of hours. It's just too smooth, too relaxing, so fun.
They think variety will fix it.. We just want maps like that beachmap, where it's open, easy to navigate, no bs objects to get stuck, no narrow corridors. What are they even doing? | |
