certainly not necessary haha- it will give you around 2 Mil dps on 40%. The final budget version isnt something I recommend its meant as an inspiration for people who wish to push it further then needed :)

Well I have the money so I thought why not but then getting more lightning red I could switch some of the tattoes for lightning damage but have to check pob.
Could Not get +4 skills helmet as there is zero on the market and don't have will to self corrupt it myself.

I'm in hospital on chemo and I will maybe finnwly test this today as soon as I get spectres... Is asking on 814.globsl the best way to get them? How to preserve them in our ho? Have not used spectre in a while...
