Typical theory crafter who never actually used Omen of Resurgence extensively. Omen of Resurgence doesn't work on 1 shot mechanics. If you you go from 100 to 0 or even lets say from 50% to 0, you never get to be on "Low Life" and they simply don't activate. Omen of Amelioration Should always work, but it doesn't, it's bugged.

Maybe it is bugged but generally I have seen people that claim that are trying to use more than just an Omen of Amelioration per instance. If I have just an Omen of Amelioration active in my inventory, with no other omens active, I have never had it fail. Now if I die in that instance, then a second Amelioration will not save me again in that instance.

Having both an Omen of Resurgence and Omen of Amelioration active at the same time is tricky. Once either one of them gets used, no more omens will work in that instance. If you get swarmed and the Resurgence goes off and then you are still being swarmed and die, the Amelioration will not save you exp lose. I would use just one or the other but like you stated Resurgence often does not help versus big hits.

i have 4k overflow hp 2k es 70% evasion I literally never ever die unless I completely mess up and face tank very specific mobs or boss damage.

I haven't died in 3 levels as a matter of fact I got so bored I quit the season lol
Amelioration only works once per map.

If your using them might as well max slam your maps and if you die just kill the node to avoid more XP loss.

I don't know man. I fail to see how this is NOT a problem. Might as well allow damage to scale infinitely while letting us keep 1 HP.
