LMAO bloomhead#3858 takes literally every good criticizing comment that is founded on good basic logic, even some comments that just want GGG to improve their developer count or provide more feedback, and just completely gives the opposite fangirl/whiteknight most AI comments possible.

I stopped playing after about 3 weeks.

I went played LE for a while, D4 for a while TFD for a while...

So why am I here posting?

There is/was no POWER FANTASY in POE 2. The DEATH penalty made end game unplayable (depending on your class/build/skill/RNG).

NO loot drops, I'm looking for a journey. Both a story/game journey but also a LOOT UPGRADE journey.

I start with white items, move on to blue, move on to yellow, upgrade to better yellows and keep upgrading as I work up the map tiers.

Instead, it's all random crap that I can never use and there is NEVER enough both LOOT quantity and CURRENCY quantity to make me feel like I will RNG/CRAFT a good item any time now. It never happens; (for me) the game is pointless.

Then you add the fact that you can never craft better items to the death penalty, and it feels like the game is deliberately telling you to quit because there is no point in continuing, there is no upgrade path for you.

So the answer to your question of why people come here and post is that we come here to see if the issues that caused us to quit the game have improved.

To me... They HAVEN'T. There still isn't anywhere near enough loot and crafting currency to make me feel I will be able to craft anything useful.

So I still won't return but I will keep checking back with the forums and waiting for the day GGG wake up and remember what a POWER FANTASY game is.
