GGG is making races structure so bad so no new players would ever beg them to repeat races

I use to join these races way back when you would get something for just joining. A list of goals to aim at to farm some points and get some items in the long run.

I said it last time and i will say it again, kindly give the rest a reasone to join this. Not just the top 1% we already know will dominate the races.

You could just add a list of goals that are on timers, giving players the options of "No i will not win, but i can still go for a few things i think i can handle. And the next time ill try and push for some harder once"

If you can give out twich drops for just looking at players, playing the game, and getting rewarded for it (or you just have the stream open and still get rewarded for it if you look or not). You should be able to give the ingame players who wants to join, who wants to play your race event something for acctualy playing the game.

Just like you use to.

no drops, same race as before, 7 mtx among 3mil+ players, really sad compare to old poe1 races.

I think these races are fun for the die-hard players, and should be welcomed. But I also think there's not much to gain for the grand majority of players. Not even some random participation trophy for the lulz seems off.

That aside, I do wonder if these races aren't just giving GGG an easy look on how to nerf the campaign speed even further. Or fixing things they deem 'unwanted'. For example animation cancelling with spear items to move around the map faster is a likely nerf candidate, something people do as there's practically zero movement skills in the game compared to PoE 1.

I really hope it didn't cost GGG more than 4 man-hours to organise this one as otherwise it's a complete waste of time.

There literally has been a teaser already. Another one will come this week. It is always like this.

How empty can your life be to come here complaining about a game not fully released yet instead of just go and play something else.

They said 100 times in interviews that they are positioning the game as a full release.
the person writes what the players WOULD LIKE to see, and does not demand maximum content, are you unable to understand this?
