[Update] Can't Login with a Specific Character.

My guess is that the error might not be related to the map, but rather to the hideout. I progressed another character far enough to access the endgame and tried switching instances, and I also tried playing in local co-op mode with two controllers, but I still wasn't able to move the character out of the hideout.

I fixed it for me by verifying my installed game files in steam.
Its under Properties > Installed Files

I actually tried that solution about a month ago when the issue first started, but unfortunately it didn’t work in my case. After seeing your comment, I went ahead and tried it again three more times today, but I still encountered errors and was unable to log in.

i fixed same problem, but i changed the render d11,dx12, vulkan for unload map
try and back msg.

Thank you for your message. I also watched the video you shared.
Today, I tried changing the rendering settings again to see if I could log in, but unfortunately, I still wasn't able to log in on my system.
Not even the background sounds or sound effects are loading.
I have no idea what could be causing this.

I found out in another thread that it's possible to change a character's name.

I tried doing so with a stuck character to see if it might give me any clues, but I got the message: "You may only rename characters while offline. Please close the game client and try again." However, I haven’t launched Path of Exile 2 for over five hours today, so there's no way this character is currently online.

It's a minor detail, but if anyone has any ideas that might help lead to a solution, I’d appreciate it if you could share them.
