Like guy just work on your Atlas I think is the answer because there's no reason you should be pulling 1 exa from these maps ever.

Im confused at society at this point lol. Why is video evidence required for everything.

Im a bit older and was running around as a kid before mobile phones when time to come in and stop playing was when the street lights went out.

Expecting everyone to be a streamer and record playthrough is an absolutely ridiculous expectation.

Besides, I play on console and im not sitting there playing with one hand and recording on my phone with the other. Stop being so bloody rediculous.

So I think the real issue is things that are not clear enough to the avg player.

I complained earlier in this thread about loving breach but they close too soon and was told to kill the breach boss and yes pt taken. I have not done it yet which makes sense.

Then there are good atlas builds and then there are bad ones (bad debatable because all have some validity) for currency likloness etc.

There are a lot of things to impact loot waystones, tablets, atlas passives, gear, the tier you are at monster level.

Towers overlapping is also big impact.

Now for a more casual player that does maybe 10 maps on a weekend game session got kinda impacted there since overlapping towers is way way less frequent now. Yes you can stick 3 tabs in a tower but the percentages on tabs is so low that 3 combined is not so great.

Im not convined my atlas passives even work...I dont see the % change on waystones. I have the 3% on explicits and the one that is 2% for each explicit on a stone. That should amount to like 18% on many maps but I notice no change.

But again I think the REAL problem is GGG does ALL their tuning on high end 100 level chars fully juiced everything..

With that said basically you dont really notice good loot until you get there and lets face it not all gamers gonna have the patience in this franchise to fight through all the xp loss / deaths and feeling no chance to get good things in the game...they quit.

If you DO put in the time and have all the above correct currency all over screen but its a very low % of playerbase enjoyin that. I got no issue with that if you out in the time should be rewarded. Maybe scale uo the "on the way there" a bit IDK.

I also dont think they work.
Im fully specced into strongboxes and specifically the researchers box.

Since I put full points into them I rarely see them and I have not seen a single researchers box.

Im seriously thinking of moving my points to something else to see if I find them more often.

I seriously feel trolled with ggg. It seems like with almost everything that the more juice you put in the less you get. I honestly feel like they are trolling the shit out of us.

People are showing them getting like 3-5 exalted as if that's ok.

How do you handle your item drops on maps? Are you not using an exalted to check items here and there?

You will always be negative income.
The other option is why this has been done is that you put all your rares in stash, don't check them and need to buy more and more stash tabs.

Also let's us scrap items in map for Regals, Armourer's Scrap's ect.
Yet another thing that is just a huge time waste to keep going back to town if you ever want a chance to get enough of these to do anything.

It's crazy that the most basic of basic stuff have high exalted trade ratios with Alva.

These items where NOT an issue last league. Nobody complained about it so why did you nerf everything fun out of the game.

And what's the plan for next patch, add more stash tabs GGG can sell.

Are stash tab sales down? Probably because people aren't having fun much anymore.
If people are having fun they will spend money on your game.

In this starvation economy I'm sure when people are faced with spend $20 on a quad tab or 30 Div it's easy to see what way that goes.

I honestly think 90% of the players online are bots and sellers.

Why am I selling literally nothing, no trades at all, unless it's the best item I've found in 40 hours of play I can price good items for a couple exalted and nothing.
It's so wild, looking at trade it's bare besides super overpriced crap.
I have 1k hours on PoE2, I know what items are good and I know how to price, I did tons of trades last league.
Now I post items and think someone will surely want this right away it so cheap and nothing. It just sits there, all my items sit there.

Items have no real range anymore, armour avg good 1000-1100 EV + 350-400 ES that's all really anyone wants it's become so basic for most builds that once you get that and your 400 ES helm and have your res covered there isn't much interest to the player to spend tens of Div more for some micro increase.

Add excitement to the game, make it fun to play.
There is to much down time, to much starvation.

Guy are you absolutely kidding me right now? Armourer's Scraps exchange 1.5 per exa. A single 10% superior item is worth more than an exalt at the moment. Are you really not salvaging these? It's not a "huge time waste" it's a fantastic way to supplement your currency income and it takes barely any time at all if you park your bench next to your stash. Like dude you're passing up on 4-5 additional exa per map and then you're going to come in here complaining about

Yeah, and last league the div-exa exchange ratio was over 300 at this point. The economy in 0.2 has been more stable and healthy than at any point last league.

I think maybe this is just a you thing dude. I think maybe you just need someone to help you understand how to better manage your playtime and engage with the basic mechanics of mapping more efficiently.

You literally showed a video of you getting minimum 20 ex per map. Everyone else must be lying.

Lads were all getting 20+ per map, we just can't see them. No problems here. Let's also tell any new players who come that they are getting a div per campaign acts also, they just can't see them lol

Ran 14 T15 maps in HC, came out with 19 ex 5 chaos and 0 div. That's so upsetting and demoralizing. That's not enough currency to try to advance the character and I don't have time to spam 30 maps a day. I truely believe GGG quietly walked the buff back a few days after the patch. Which isn't the honest and open communication they promised... but again that's unproven speculation but I base it on my vast experience pre and post patch.

Tin Foil Hat On: I wonder though, why they would need a patch at all for some drop rates, that can be tuned live globally... maybe the patch was just about hitting the players harder with that nice new Plant.

PS: BTW, can anyone tell me for sure. Is there any ritual at all that isnt that stupid shit? (Volatile plants etc) Its all i have ever seen, so I dont even bother with ritual. As a warrior, i find nothing engaging, fun, notta, about those things. Overpowered, way too fast, complete bullshit for melee.

There are tornadoes, blood waves, and globules and in my experience they occur in roughly equal frequency. Of course it feels like they're all VPs because those are the ones that piss you off the most so you tend to remember them. My most recent video (linked below) is in a tornado-based Ritual map.

You do you but I would really advise against skipping all of these; while my friends were pulling Vetnor's Strongboxes left and right Rituals are the only thing that have been there for me in 0.2 -- I've pulled 2x Whittling, 3x Divine, and 1x Dextral Annulment among a smattering of other odds & ends. Definitely the largest single source of income I've had this league.
