Anyone know exactly how Tangletongue works?

Why do you start a sentence with "wrong"? What's wrong here?

Look, Heft has nothing to do with this, same with Lucky while surrounded - those are applied to the standard roll.

Again, damage calculation with TangleTongue is like this:

D. roll standard damage (heft, lucky, increases, extra - they all come up jere)

C1. roll crit and multiply existing damage

C2. roll crit and multiply existing damage

It's this simple. If either C1 or C2 succeed (but not both), then it's a regular crit:
D * (100% + bonus)

But if both suceed the crit bonus is applied twice allright, Multiplicative not additive:

D * (100% + bonus) * (100% + bonus)

I don't think this can be made simpler...

Still wrong. And why did you necro this thread lmao

Go reread how the damage formula works. You're wrong about TT and about the order of operations in general.

I'm starting it with "wrong" because...surprise...you are wrong:

And this
"
D * (100% + bonus) * (100% + bonus)

couldn't be more wrong. lol.
