Warrior leap slam is broken

ground level projectiles and spells still hit you in the air? all it seems to be doing is racing through lines of projectiles or spells and dying on impact, the animation is in the air but inreality your racing through a pile of damage on the ground?

ehh i don't think it matters that we get hit while doin it. It only feels bad because white mobs and magic mobs are way too powerful, or you could say that it feels bad because defenses feel borderline useless a lot of times.

Not sure if they should tackle the mobs or the defenses first, but I'd say the mobs are the bigger problem. Armour can certainly be reworked/upgraded, and evasion could use some upgrades too. I do not like the evasion nerfs in 0.2 because it was only THAT good when paired with ES. I'm guessing that future skills added to the game related to defenses will also help players.

Edit: Also we could use some more attack speed! (atleast as the game progresses) Warriors shouldn't have attack speed downsides everywhere they look lol

and yeah seems its the white mods that instajib you soon as you land, im running 78-80% resistances, doesnt seems to make a difference, same with armor
You should only be doing leap slam to bone shatter.

All you need is to survive long enough to shatter then clear the screen. Also have life leech on shatter to get back to full HP before another leap. Works great.

Leap slam is the setup. Bone shatter is the clear
I have the leech on there, the problem is going form full health to dead during the leap, the leap hits everytihnhg in the path that are ground effect spells/projectiles

arrows and spells along the ground should be jumped over, not passing through them, just like the mobs do in reverse

Actually I agree that "ground effects" from mobs (especially mobs that are already dead) should not deal damage over time to you when you're in the air with leap slap. Or another fix to this annoyance is to just nerf mobs that deal damage "on-death". There are a bunch of different ways they can nerf these types of monsters without rendering them useless. That oughta do it!

I recommend this ascendancy. I have 4k life, convert 25 percent of physcial damage to fire, and 90 percent res on fire lightning and cold.

I never die anymore when doing the leap. Sometimes its close but once I shatter im good. All you have to do is survive long enough to shatter
yeah smith, and same long as the bone shatter goes off im good for the most part, its the hitting all the ground effects on the leap part that seems broken

Lol don't leap when there are ground effects. Of course that will kill you
missing the point, its not landing on ground effects, its being targeted when you intiate the leap from the edge of the screen... then mobs tagret and cast/shoot a gound spell like arros, quills, whatever and you move "through" them instead of over them and get WTF OWND by the time you land

the entire point if leap it to jump over stuff not animation over them but take the damage of stuff you lept over
