Can play more than one game, each game can be an experience the other isn't. I play both, combat in POE2 way better than LE. LE crafting way better than POE2, almost to a fault.

For most people, this is impactical. Time spent in the game matters for success, and a lot of players dont have enough gaming time to build up characters in more than one. Also, financial support for a game matters, and splitting it means less for each.
