BREACH IS NOW ABSOLUTE TRASH!
I was wondering if I was doing something wrong. Breaches feel like they end before they even start now. Lucky if ya get 2 splinters a run. Forget about currency dropping. Used to you could count on a handful of ex dropping now your lucky if you see 1. Yet to see a div and before they were as frequent as chaos orb is now. This season is in a bad place.

" Right, cause when it's all equally trash, then relatively speaking, it is all great, right? Right? 4x nerf to the only good drop from Xesht. So instead of making other drops there valuable they have made it basically pointless to go there at all. Even the Diamond is worth nothing cause you have half as many jewel slots. Now breachstone is only worth 40 exalt, breaches also suck as OP says. They seem like they still require you to kill as many as before to keep them open. Hardly any breach rings, splinters. No idea what the fuck they were thinking here |

tbh i have never played Last epoch, i was so sold on poe2 when i layed it, have never played poe1. It was challenging fun rewarding as i grinded through tiers. but as i am trying to do the same and am slogging through i find the fun mechanics... no longer fun but irritatingly popintless.... the reward???? nt there so my addiction to roll and re roll and craft and grind is not stimulated because ther is no reward to support the dopaminergic reward system.. to be frank.. love the game but it feels dead and pointless at the end now.. literaly 1) give breach back ... 1)add rewards to strongboxs that make it feel worth doing. 3)Make whisps actualy rewarding so far killing a rare is more rewarding than following a whisp to kill mobs as it slowly treks just to get a regal shard at best 4)increase currancy drop rates so people ACTUALY HAVE EXALTS to keep gamble crafting OR remove the whole desire for gamble craft adn etch into controled crafting... you cannot have it both ways! 5) increse recombination rates slightly. its almost not worth doing tbh. 6) listen to the people and the top streamers fubgun for example who are all talking about the exact same issues. personaly i love the towers, the coruption etc but changes and challenges are worthless if there is no reward to keep a player interested @devs. you have a chance to redeem but it may be fleeting if you hold out to long since aparently the talk is this last epoch game has inspired people bored of no reward. i personally am even tempted to try adn yet i have never played it .. that says a lot about current state of things! you can either doubledown on what you THINK players are all about ( challenging content for the sake of challenging ) or recognise people want yes challenging content that upon that final exhilirating successful completion boss beat or survival of near death to be compensated with a "fuck YEAHS" mopment of reward for the slog... that is what keeps a player gmabling and investing right now more and more we are finding out that the intense reward does not exist and there is no longer a carrot on that string so our eye are looking elsewhere its simple social dynamics reward tough excersion to repeat or tough excersion witout gain becomes wasteful and no longer practised. |
