Obviously they would never delete something that is against the player. It is being said that way to accentuate how much it’s hated at current 22%

And again back to poe1, in poe1 you could mitigate it very well. Flasks, dashes, blinks of all kinds. The severity is incomparable.

Yeah they need to revert the buff to TC and/or lower the weighting for it to roll at all. I fucking HATE this mod.

They didn't buff TC there is a bug with curses on players now, even if a mob casts despair on you for instance you lose 45% chaos res. That is pretty much double the effect of player cast despair at gem level 20

Well, let us hope this gets addressed soon. It is frustrating to play with those debuffs on maps.

GGG needs to ask itself - do we want to create mods which don’t just create a sense of risk vs reward, but which also make the game no fun to play? The size of the temp chains hit is just too large.

theres a series called Billions where a protagonist gets his kicks a certain way, kinda reminds me of..

Imagine if you could idk like have a currency that rolls the entire map or maybe an orb that turns it back to normal so you can alc the map again that would be amazing

It seems that you do not get the basic idea, so allow me to enlighten you.

The useful mods that juice the maps are the prefixes. They are boons to the player, and you usually want as much as possible.

The bad mods are the suffixes. They add spice to your mapping and increase the chance to get a waystone drop.

The idea is that for every good mod roll, for example "rarity and quantity of items", you have the chance to roll bad mod instead, for example "- maximum elemental resistances".

That being said - POE 2 is extremely forgiving and unlike POE 1, even the worst mods are somewhat playable.

The whole end-game is circling around this good mod, bad mod thing. But in POE 2, instead of scouring you have to make use of corruption and reforging.
