Can you PLEASE add a support gem that effects minion speed?

I love playing with spectres, but their AI is absurd. They will wisp form, not travel to you, get stuck constantly. It's very frustrating. This happens mainly because my character moves faster then them.

While my skeletons have no trouble keeping up, the spectres aren't able to and this becomes a constant issue.

all of it is meaningless with these drop rates

Nothing noteworthy that makes me want to play this game.
LS is and will continue to dominate the game.

Please look into CPU / Multithreading issues. A lot of people randomly get 95c+ on their CPU when loading into maps etc., which is damaging hardware and making the game unplayable.
