Divine Orbs Are Way Too Rare in 0.2

Hey GGG,

I want to bring up the current state of Divine Orb drop rates in PoE 2 patch 0.2, because honestly, it feels completely out of balance.

I’m currently level 89 and have put in well over 120 hours since this patch dropped. I’ve been grinding T15 maps constantly — to the point I’ve lost count — and so far, I’ve seen exactly one (1) Divine Orb drop.

That’s just absurd.

I understand that PoE 2 is shifting the economy and pacing, but if Divine Orbs are meant to be the main high-end currency, their current rarity doesn’t reflect that. It’s not just “rare,” it’s demoralizing. There’s a difference between something being valuable and it feeling essentially nonexistent — especially when you’re grinding endgame content.

Please reconsider the drop rate or introduce more consistent ways to earn them. Right now, it doesn’t feel rewarding or fair for players who are putting in serious time and pushing high-tier content.

For real. I am so disincentivized to use divines. I feel like the ones I have are never going to be useful outside of buying things from other players because they are so rare.
The majority of your divines comes from trades. So trade what does drop for you into divines (or exalts which you then turn into divines).
Disagree ... The current Economy is great Balance. You need to find ways to min Max your endgame and you need ratity in your gear. You also can Farm other stuff then Pure divines...try to min Max a strat and get rich.
I specced into essences. Can be seen on the minimap from the get go after all. So, how many greater essences I've got from this? Exactly 0

Awful, awful game design then to expect players to trade (not just as buyers but as sellers too) while being hellbent on not making the trade process more straightforward. Not to mention that still makes progression worse for SSF players.

Last season i went for 100 hours in SSF without finding or being able to craft any meaningful upgrades, especially for my weapon. Eventually i caved and went to trade league but by that time the economy was already ruined.

Imho what needs to happen is that drops increase considerably but GGG should take a look at how a game like Eve: Online deals with their economy. The game needs currency sinks and meaningful utility for the dropped currency otherwise the economy of each new league is doomed to fail to inflation in no time.
Tbh, I think all orbs are too rare. I am playing SSF, and I can roll a regal per ACT in campaign and got 2 exalted by the time I reached maps. I do not expect at this rate to EVER see a divine.

Man doesn't know a large group of players play SSF..... lol
im mid 80's too have also seen 1 divine , havent seen any greater or perfect jewellers which also seem non existent
