yea maybe. because last league we didnt have to put into stun treshold node. now GGG nerf us and want to take away our passive point into stun treshold. Geez


really try to not say in melee for more than 1 or 2 attacks. That is how the character works well. Pull back and finish after that.In fact with the proper movement you likely will never be hit by anything other than area attacks

As I said, try to use melee only to trigger the bonuses (that I hope you have picked int he tree and in the support gem) for your projectiles for the next 8 seconds. Melee retreat throw throw. I only stay in melee against mobs I know I can kill in 1 more hit or against very slow stuff I can move around (like the slow huge stuff in the act2 titans graveyards) The whole concept of the class is to NOT be there when the enemy melee strike comes.

The support gem and the passive notable increase your projectile by 80% damage for 8 seconds after you did a melee strike (and vice versa). So the whoel class is about hit and run.. not to stay trading blows.
