GEM system:The gem system seems like a D3 system with physical items. Or very identical at least. If you want to remove the "more dmg" supports like you said u wanted to. When getting a next level uncut gem you can simply unequip your gem and get another one (for hardcore it's good) instead of leveling up your current one. The only exception is when u get more than a 3-link. I think you need to design a system that lets players choose bonuses that have similar benefits as the %more dmg support gems of poe1 without negatives. Like added fire dmg, melee phys. Elemental attacks.,Brutality etc. Some sort of currency orb/orbs which modify them like the jeweler orbs and GCPs. Then remove any dmg boosting supports left in the game (which aren't) a lot at this point and make them all utility so that "more armour while using the skill" can actually become preferable. The system can be built upon and introduce interesting choices and drops / uniques etc. You get the idea.

Well yeah, but its common, plus those kind of bugs are actively destroying the game. You saying that just because you are hoping to be in the place of that exploiters one day and print some money XD

Seem like good changes, especially more early runes and sockets on wands and staves. And shrinking Waterways to just six levers will definitely make that location less time consuming.

During endgame a common issue is missing a Rare in the corner of the map that you didn't happen to explore. In order to mitigate this issue, we have changed rares to show up on the minimap at all times.

OMG
A great set of overall changes. What about if we've already completed the campaign and completed those quests, are we just SoL for the new Artificer's Orbs? I have been struggling with getting them.
