Changes to Act 3 Areas in Path of Exile 2
I would address some of the empty Act 2 areas a well. Act 2 gets cleared faster because theres not really much to find in the first 3 areas beyond just the 2 bosses.
Titan cave has the same issue, long corridors and dead ends and nothing else going on but the boss. Dreadnought is obviously going to get reduced to just 1 area when new Acts come out. |

NICE! You take the less priority issue with easy fix and try to people satisfy who had no character because you killed....
PLEASE UNDERSTAND we want the fun! You killed half of the builds which are unplayable, why don't you test your patch with these characters?! Don't tell you cannot clone any characters to test... |

1. didn't you say it was not the size that was the problem before? or did you just lie then?
2. why not just make the areas smaller instead of adding a soulstone more in both of them? 3. slapping the exits closer together, why not just make it like the waterways where you "bottleneck" so you get past them to get to the end? so less dead ends (make them shorter) 4. removing the "dead end" to the vault? what did you do with the vault then? 5. removing the dead ends that lead to currently unused doors, will that not just add the size back when you add those doors? when will those areas be added? or were those areas scrapped completely? 6. something not many talk about, why for the god of my life do I have to use my teleporter just to go back to an "empty place" just to have to zone through the time portal to get back to camp... that is frustrating as all hell... TELEPORTS GO TO CAMP NOT TO EMPTY ZONES!!! 7. the idea behind waterways is fine, but it could have been made HALF as long... plop a boss down mid way to make it interesting... 8. please listen to players, when they say stuff is too big then we don't need more teleport locations, we need smaller areas 9. up loot, hardly found anything and is almost through the whole 6 "acts" now and still wear shit from the first 20 levels... more currency orbs too... 10. stream yourself playing for 6 hours from lvl 1 with no dev cheats... and then tell us HOW LONG you expect the 6 acts to take for someone new to the game... |

Just because it's linear so it might not take as long to finish as a full clear of a large map doesn't mean that it doesn't FEEL like the waterways keep going on and on forever and ever. Please help it...

Man, remember how in PoE 1 areas were large. But you just knew where to go because the areas would generate with objectives in the relatively same spot, and/or would even have markers that would generate with the random map that would hint at the direction where you have to go.
Man, if only PoE 2 devs would have played PoE 1. Maybe we would not have to spend another 10 years fixing mistakes that seem to now be built into the very core of the game. |
