Quest error "Ascent to Power". Zarka doesn't want to talk

Im stuck here as well, I forgot to pick up the act 2 barya earlier and now im lvl 58 wanting to do trial but I cannot get to their because I dont have the green barya for the quest. this is stupid

I also had the same. I didn't kill Balbala, and after finding a Djinn Barya, the quest "Ascent to Power" activated, but Zarka doesn't have an exclamation mark or a quest related dialog.
But then I went to Traitor's Passage (Act 2), killed Balbala and got the green Djinn Barya. Now I could talk to Zarka and Shambrin and with the Desert Map I could go to the Trials of the Sehkemas. Dernière édition par Th69#3281, le 14 avr. 2025 à 07:07:08

I went back and killed Balbala a second time, but no quest items dropped.

Same Problem, stuck on Act 2 Cruel.

" Just ignore the quest. There is no quest barya in Act 5. You will get Ascendancy points by completing the trial. The quest, Zarka, Balbala are not needed in Act 5. |

Sell every coin you have, and then go back to act 2 and kill her again. then quest will pop again. Just worked for me

I see everyone is having the same error, when you finish all the games but the quest is still there, the npc doesn't want to talk
