At this point it's a decision made by the business to be silent about the issue.

I find it hard to believe they are not aware of it.

Cant believe this hasnt been resolved yet. Happens mostly in corrupted / cleansed areas

LE cant come fast enough

So far i have tried the following to try and resolve this issue:

-Clear shader cache
-Uninstall and reinstall on steam
-Uninstall and install on standalone
-Downgraded graphics driver
-Vulcan/DX12 switch
-Disable sound effects
-DLSS swapper to get latest DLSS verison
-Swapping to different servers (early daytime i manage to play decent on Paris but then started crashing again later in the day)

Constant lag, sutter, rollbacks whenever i kill too many monsters at the same time. I have never had these problems in any other game, not even PoE1 where so much more happens at the same time without any problems.

Im confident to say this problem is server related and or game optimization related.
