every area feels like a slog because there simply isn’t enough loot during the campaign to provide sufficient power to characters relative to monster health and speed. It’s brutal beyond words. I dunno what you guys expect players to do but this is my second league and I feel burned out on the campaign already. I played PoE1 for 13 years and never felt that way.
Path of Exile 2 has almost no sense of relaxation, or character power spikes, or things to look forward to. I always feel like I need to blow every bit of gold gambling, in order to be just barely above drowning. The passive tree is littered with DOWNSIDES everywhere and conditional mods. Everything feels kinda bad about it. I feel SO constrained. There should be much more rare item drops from monsters and bosses throughout the entire campaign. Do the whole “first time you beat a unique monster it has 1000% rarity” thing. Why not? I just… I dread doing the campaign. There’s no way I will do this for a league start every 4 months plus any alternate character. It’s a horrible feeling. I WANT to love PoE2, desperately. I’ve always been a hardcore GGG fanboy or whatever, but man something about the feel, this just ain’t it. And it’s beyond concerning that GGG thinks everyone is spending the correct amount of time in each zone. I’m not spending friggin 30+ hours for each character campaign. That’s patently insane. I have a job too man. Let me blast. |

" Warrior is best performing class currently, it maybe is clunky with the namelocking, monster pushing and speed, but thats just the game. |

It would be nice of you if you played the game yourselves sometimes, some glaring issue with this update could be seen after a few minutes of gameplay, some after 5, or 10 hours. I'm sure you would be able to find enough time to make a character and play it ONCE through the campaign at least, lol.

i would rather do area is a maze map mod than some of these map layouts in PoE 2.

None of this addresses “the vision” disconnect of slow, methodical player character speed and power versus the current POE1 style monster mob speed and power.
None of this addresses the consistent clunk and lack of payoff for playing as designed, most notably with Warrior slam skills. None of this addresses a clear stealth drop nerf that occurred when trying to rebalance rarity, but now no drops occur without stacking rarity - a clear issue for classes who can’t do that. The team is missing the mark fighting and attempting to fix symptoms versus the root cause. Its making for a gameplay experience that frankly misses the fun point of playing a game. |

You guys somehow made one of the most anticipated and iconic class archetypes complete and utter dogshit. It is genuinely so confusing.
Yeah lets launch a shitload of tornadoes like a D2 druid with spears for some reason, or use a blood version of ice strike, but worse. Oh lets do lightning arrow again, or throw a singular spear that does nothing unless you have a charge built up, but then still does nothing either way, that's fun right? How about a skill that crashes your game that still isn't fixed yet? Ya'll took a beloved weapon type and released a sloppy, wet noodle. |
