Whelp, I just got this exact same bug.
On my first run of a Corrupted Nexus for the quest, I died and failed the Nexus map. However, after being booted out of the map the Nexus map was shown as completed, and I could not retry. I assumed that was intentional, and mapped to another Nexus to try again. After completing the second Nexus boss, the quest did not progress. Now no matter how many Nexuses I complete, the "Cataclysm's Wake" quest does not progress. Without that quest complete, I don't have access to the Atlas Skills tree, which effectively bricks my account for the time being. Horrible to see this is a known issue that can just completely ruin weeks worth of work getting a character built, and it's not being fixed. I tried to contact support to at least get help to fix the quest, but they just told me to go here and post about it. So, here I am I guess... Any fix to this? Im lvl 78 on t9 maps, only found 2 corrupted nexus so far and none spawned a corrupted boss at the end, cant get any atlas points.

" After reaching out to gog and being told in no simple words to pound sand, here's the solution... Path to and find another nexus, if it has the boss mod (every single one i found does), path to and kill the boss BEFORE you kill the rest of the rares. This will spawn the pos enemy you need to kill. Sidenote.. gog your support is absolutely terrible, I supported you financially during development by buying the highest supporter packs, and you couldn't even bother to provide even the tiniest level of support. |

Fix your huge game breaking bugs GGG please. Third attempt at corrupted nexus quest and still bugged out completing it. Now by reading here I will try to defeat all mobs in the area before map boss to see if that fixes it. But it’s unthinkable that something like this hasn’t been solved yet in so much time…

Lol I remember this bug last league and now I have the same. Great job GGG, seems like all time spent on druid Temple and support MT.
I will continue to the next corruption area, but if this bug will happen again I will delete this game and I'll think twice installing it next season... |

Same here and cant find corruptions... Druid as well worst game experience in my 45 year gaming life!
