Blatant neglect from support for months

I've been waiting for months for a response to my ticket regarding my hacked account. So far, I've received only 4 replies in 4 months, all of which were automated bot responses. My issue remains unresolved, and your support has been completely unresponsive.

This level of customer service is unacceptable. I need a real response from an actual support representative

I've already requested a refund due to this unacceptable treatment. If this isn't resolved soon, I'll have to escalate this further.

Welcome to poe. Unfortunately such response time is not uncommon.

After reporting issue , they locked account until i scan my computer for potential viruses.

After i did that , i sent them a new mail.

Since then i got same 3 bot replies.

1) give us your account info

2) can you confirm you IP and city where you live

3) give us your acc info (char names etc...)

I did that in very first email i sent them , because i knew what they gonna ask for.

Nobody seem to red it .

Hm. And what happens if you try to log in? Does it say something like "Account locked" or "Wrong Login Details"?
