What GGG is doing to EHG is questionable at best, and there's multiple people, who are reliable within the ARPG creator scene, confirming that GGG knew EHG's release dates behind the scenes, for Last Epoch S2. I dont have anything against Jonathan Rogers personally, but I don't trust him with how he has operated, and do not feel good about the overall direction that GGG has taken overall since POE2 has launched.
GGG to me, when Chris was still around, was very trustworthy, and overall I just don't feel the same about POE since Jonathan took over. I do not think it's a coincidence that GGG is releasing their new POE2 "season" 2 days after Last Epoch launches.
This hurts the ARPG community as a whole, and before people yell and scream at me about this, ALOT of people feel this is a predatory move by GGG because it hurts Last Epoch's chance of sustaining a solid playerbase. For example, if it was even A WEEK it would very much help EHG's chances moving forward, at sustaining a solid playerbase, but doing this two days after EHG launches their BIG PATCH, is scummy.
If EHG has the SLIGHTEST problem at launch, like for example with servers, this could literally be the nail in the coffin for them. I've spoken to quite a few POE veterans about this, and most people feel the same about this. It's just an uneasy feeling to have.
I wish both games to have incredibly success, but do not like this move from GGG at all.

What kind of delusion must you have to think GGG owes another company anything.
