32:9 Mod Prohibition Feedback

PoE Overlay II and Exiled Exchange 2 modify a lot (overlays, extra bindings, direct screen reading ingame, very similiar to some BOT BEHAVIOUR etc.) -

if TOS is unclear about that and some fixes/addons are allowed and some are not allowed, bans and warnings seem a bit arbitrary. it should be crystal clear.

poe2 ea started in december 2024. i guess a lot of ppl thought 32:9 will come later as the game is obviously still in development.

now everybody knows GGG position about 32:9.
