Your idea made me think of a spell that summons a construct that behaves like a crafting bench...

Constructed Craftsman
Spell, Duration
Summons a Constructed Craftsman, that serves as a Crafting Bench. Cannot be used in Town.

Something that "saves" our primed requirements for skill combos.

ie: Boneshatter needs that "primed for stun" requirement, but often I "miss the skill" because my other abilities damage so much that the enemy is already stunned.

Im sure other classes have similar problem too, since these skills can offer huge damage boost, yet meta builds usually revolves around different skills. (ie frost shatter that's more reliable)

An "echo" gem maybe?
Skill that needs a requirement will get the prime status back for 1-2 seconds. So a good player can use the skill twice: normal use, and again. But if you "missed it" you would still have your chance.

An "Echo" gem sounds interesting, but there would have to be a downside in GGG fashion.
