POE2 : Unfair "Thaumaturge of the Vaal Supporter Package" Between PC and PS5 Versions
I recently purchased the "Thaumaturge of the Vaal" supporter package for PlayStation 5 and noticed some significant disparities when compared to the PC version of the same package. While the PC version includes 1600 points and an additional +1 Path of Exile 2 Early Access Key, these specific benefits are conspicuously absent in the PS5 version.
Moreover, I understand that the PS5 version costs 20-30% more than the PC version. While I can accept the higher price, the significantly reduced benefits make the disparity feel particularly unfair. Specifically, the PC version of the package includes 1600 points, while the PS5 version only provides 1500 points, without offering any of the additional special benefits such as the Early Access Key or the option to receive extra points instead of a t-shirt. These omissions were not clearly communicated during the purchase process, which has led to a disappointing experience. Should there be any misunderstanding on my part regarding the details of the package, I kindly request that you clarify and provide the correct information to both myself and the broader community, so that everyone may have a clear understanding of the terms and benefits of the "Thaumaturge of the Vaal" supporter package. i understand your issue with this but in all likelihood its more a sony side thing than a GGG thing. sony has been known to rip people off for pre orders and bonus items vs other platform it also why even though i get the pc packs if i ever try to play on PS ill not have any of my things also why i don't own a PS and haven't in years. companies that don't respect how hard i work for my excess spending money don't need my money

Same here! I was going to buy the largest pack but skipped it because the benefits is not equally good.
