Sharing resources in EA makes no sense
How are people not understanding people should be able to enjoy playing multiple characters at the same time

My take on this:
1) Keep separate tabs for each character. If you have no more tabs, well, buy more from the microtransaction shop, or manually empty them 2) Gold is not a constraint at any point in this game. So I don't see it as a huge issue having shared gold. Barely makes a difference on "new player" experience. Also, as seaman said, maybe migrating all characters empties your stash and gold from the SSF? Dernière édition par _rt_#4636, le 11 févr. 2025 11:16:03

" Appreciate the candour, but these are still botched solutions that present issues and I haven't seen a single reason why we shouldnt have the option to separate our characters. |

" F2P game... The stash tab thing is actually a way for GGG to incentivize people to put some money into their game without making it P2W. And you're only inclined to do it if you like the game enough to have created multiple characters and have the need to store loot from all of them. Sure, I get what you're asking and in a sense I agree, there's no need to not-have that option. But I think you're a very, very small minority, since most people, even SSF players, usually WANT to share loot among their characters | |
Hm. I get that issue.
Even if you spend all your gold on "Alva Gamba" and throw away the items from it, if you play more characters than 1 at a time - they will share the resources. It's a non-issue for 99.9% of the player base, so that's why you don't have "Solo Character Found", but I understand your reasoning. My "solution" would be... note how much gold you make/spend on your first character in the campaign and then set a limit based on that for every other character. Let's say you made 100k, then limit your spending on each other character in the campaign to around 100k, no matter how much gold you actually have. That's similar to what I have done in Early Access. I levelled every class at least once to end-game and limited myself to 10k gold per act per character to get the "worst" ("fresh start") experience possible. Was just for testing reasons, but still... could be a thing for you too. |

" To be clear, I like stash tabs. I bought extra ones over the basic package too. I just want to be able to use them without having to disable affinities and use a different tab for each character |

" I agree with your line of reasoning. I was just saying I think you're out of luck on this matter because you're a very specific type of player and I think it's unlikely GGG will invest in adding that type of option at character creation. |
