Rares are worth looting on early league, green ones are best rank bases. Rare is very inconsistent, I mostly skip it too, except rares/magic best bases with guaranteed mod tier and best bases.

They are worth at league start, and also worth for golds. You can sell them on TFT, 60-70ex per quad stash, still extra money.

From semi-strict, my filter shows only best bases rares, and rares/magic with high tier mod (this ones are always worth to check). For now, i recommend staying on Semi-strict/Strict as i told you. Use Very Strict/Uber Strict only if you know what you do.

If you check poe.ninja builds, over level 90, my filter will display the most played rare bases, you have the best chance to have something nice with high demand, and as soon as you play stricter, you will only loot rare/magic with guaranteed high tier mod.

and yes Im on semi-strict now as Im early maps, so basically its still worth checking those items like what I showed in case if some high tier node rolled and see if it costs smth or slam it and see if jackpot right?

Just go on TFT server and search in PoE 2 services for gold selling channel.

It depends what you want to do. My filter is 5 years experience doing filters on PoE, and this one is over 3300 changes from default one. Creating yours is possible but it will take a lot of time and knowledge. You also can customize mine on filterblade, and add custom sounds, but I don't recommend it, you will have to redo it on every updates.

5 years ago I was using custom sounds, but I changed back to default ones for several reasons : Installation easiness, compatibility for consoles and handheld, and flexibility.
