POE2 Community is FAR more Toxic than POE1. I Wonder why?

In POE1 most of the chat centers around the game. You dont see incessant pubescent ____ jokes, you dont see tons of off topic BS. Its very rare. The POE2 global chat is FLOOODED with that and currency site spam bots. Its very distressing. I wonder why this is? GGG just doesn't care about moderation? Most times I have to turn off global because it is obnoxious. Is there no moderation in the chat in POE2?

We are down to poe1 league launch numbers my man, they actual don't have that much since half walked away. Now of the remainder there is an awful amount of rmt bots so actual players playing and not rmting now probably looks worse than a poe1 league start.

There's a huge influx of new players.
There's a lot of PoE 1 players that like it easy. There's a lot of people coming from a certain community. It'll eventually calm down as PoE 1 starts releasing again, new frogs go to D4, etc |

They didn't expect all D4 players and X users to migrate over.
It's not that they don't care about moderation, it's that last I checked they have over 500k support requests and only about 75k done. And they said they'd be hiring a lot of people. |
