Allow jeweler orb tier upgrades [Links/Jeweler feedback]

I agree that lesser jewelers orbs are pretty much useless in endgame.

What about a gamble with the reforge bench. U put in 3 lesser and have a chance to upgrade to a greater orb, otherwise they get destroyed. The chance should be weighted like a chance to actually drop a greater, but one could get lucky that way.

Same could work with greater to perfect of course. Maybe even add a chance for a lesser to upgrade to a perfect.
