Since Patch 0.1.1. TierLevel QuickInfo is gone R3 Button is Broken

When I want to see the different TierLevel of Affix/Suffix on any Item (Armor,Rings and so on) it’s not possible on Console to see it. I am playing german UI/ language.
Before patch i had to push R3 and the UI Infoscreen opened and STAYS, so it was possible after select with cursor to see TierLevel. After Patch I push R3 and it opens a UI Screen without a chance to see TierLevel. Please fix it GGG, I cannot plan with or treaten this easily. you have to click L3, but yes before was better

Is there a button guide and I just can't find it? The tooltips are incomplete in many places.

For the German version, there is the issue that even with L3, you cannot see the tier levels. You only see “T>>” as a symbol, but no number. Before the update, you could click on it again with R3 to view this!

After the update, the description of what quality adds to gems does not appear.

Until you do it while your stash is open and ow L3 put you over in the search tab

We need the option to toggle instead of hold on L3 and a different way to open the search bar in the stash. Or just revert it back to R3 like before everything was fine.
