poe2 bug report

T15 map Phaaryl Megalith
The skill blink was not working, pressing space bar has not respond. Taking off the skill gem and putting it back on works for a few times and the problem reoccured within 1 minute.
In the same instant, fighting one of the boss rush is a worm boss from act 1. After defeating it, its body remain in the map and blocked one of the rune lootable later on in the boss rush. The loot is not acessable due to the body.

The map cannot be completed, the fog of war does not subside, and normal gameplay cannot be played.Displayed in the map as completed, but unfinished in the map palette, and the Fog of War does not go away

thers a very very annoying bug on poe 2, exactly when u play the game in spanish, when u pres alt and hover ober an item, dosent show tier number of de mod, only show TP on all modifyers

Not sure if this is a known bug, but

Step to reproduce:
When you play in a party and more than 1 player is in the same instance. If everyone dies and more than one person presses "Resurrect at checkpoint", the game crashes for everyone in the party (i.e. frozen at loading screen)

My party has designated 1 person to be the one pressing resurrect every time we all die. But it is a little annoying when we forget and more than 1 person clicks the button by accident. This never happened in 0.1.0. It started happening in 0.2.0.

Some map bosses dont drop any loot, Crimson Shores and Streaming Springs.
happens when boss killed "too" fast in somekind of transition animation state? Very frustrating

Exalted Orbs-Major problem: (XBOX series X) acting like POE1, and increasing numbers on existing, rather than adding a new modifier, it is adjusting the numbers on existing. It has happened to me 2 times now.

current spear with 4 modifiers. Hit with exalt, and increased physical dmg %, but kept the same 4 modifiers.

Modifiers that give the same stat are grouped together unless you are showing detailed tooltips. I'm not sure what the button is to show this on Xbox.

MY OMEN OF AMELIORATION IS IN MY STASH ACTIVE AND NOT WORKING.

I can no longer log into my huntress character on standard trade Dawn of the Hunt. I had just done the 3rd floor Sekhema trial and could not assign ascendancy points, I think because the new Sekhema shortcut took me to act 2 instead of cruel? Anyway, the game crashed when I tried to create a portal to leave and now every time I try to log into that character it crashes again on the loading screen after selecting the character. Other characters are unaffected, but this really sucks having recently starting T15 maps :-/

I tried reinstalling the game, but as expected that did not help. Playing on PS5
