SERIOUS BUG: Main Weapon DISAPPEARED after equipping another item on controller (POE2)

+1 i have quit my witch

This is now happening again in new season 4-13-25 how is it this is not fixed. I will give up as it took forever to farm this weapon in POE 2.

i lost my talisman 11div, just openned a ritual, and when closed my auto attack turn on punch

This happened to me aswell now... i just finnished my new tempel today and started to run some maps to get crystals. When i started clearing the mobs i noticed that i wasnt one hitting the mobs anymore so i checked if i switched weaponslots or something. And then i saw that i didint have my wand equipped and it also wasnt in my inventory or on the ground. Went to check all my stashes and everything. It was just gone. This is it for me... that was one of the best wands on the server... The wand was sanctified and it had fkin +6 cold spells 119 spell dmg fracured both of the gain dmg as extra went to 32+%
And it also had t1 crit chance and the cast speed went to 39%. My luckiest craft ever.. and it just disappeard... fk this game how is it possible that a bug like that exist so long. That wand was worth at least 3 mirrors
