You know monkee completely ignores EV/ES/Deflect.Most of his attacks are "red telegraphed" which means one shot. In fact Monkee is the easiest boss for me in the whole POE2. Only stupid boss currently is Cenote map boss if you can't kill it within 5second Good luck with the rest of fight.
