Need clarify what these Waystone/Atlas affixes do

I assume that a map contains a number of monster packs. Each pack can be either Normal, Magic or Rare packs.
  • A Normal monster pack contains a few Normal monsters
  • A Magic monster pack contains a few Magic monsters (no Normal monsters)
  • A Rare monster pack contains exactly 1 Rare monster and a few Normal monsters (minions)

In this case, what do the following Waystone and Altas passive affixes do?

1. N% increased Pack size
I assume it means add more monsters per pack. Does it affect Normal monster packs only or also Magic and Rare packs?

2. N% increased Magic Pack Size
I assume it means add more monsters per pack but only affect Magic monsters pack. It will not add additional Magic packs in the map. Is it right?

3. N% increased number of Monster Packs
I assume it means add more packs on the map. Are the added packs Normal monsters or random (i.e. could be Magic and Rare)?

4. N% increased Magic Monsters
I assume it means add more Magic monster packs. But it will not affect the number of Magic monsters per pack. Is this right? If so, should it be rewrite as
N% increased number of Magic Monster Packs
to be consistent with #3?

5. N% increased number of Rare Monsters (on Waystone) / N% increased Rare Monsters (on Atlas tree)
I assume it means add more Rare monster packs. It will not affect the number of Rare monsters per pack since a Rare monster pack always contains exactly 1 Rare and a few Normal minions. Is this right? If so, should it be rewrite as
N% increased number of Rare Monster Packs
to be consistent with #3?

They do exactly what they say they do... I'm not sure how you find them to be confusing.
#3 is probable the one that I think could use more clarification
