POE 2 Customer Service
My dropped items magically have gone invisible out of no where. And I can't loot any more game is unplayable.

I recently chose the Acolyte of Chayula Ascendency class for my Monk character and am deeply regretting it. I am new to the game and didn't realize that the choice was unchangeable. I would've much rather have chosen the Invoker class since it is more conducive to my play style. Is there a way to re-spec and choose Invoker instead? This really killed my desire to play the game and I really don't wish to wait until May when the full game releases for the possibility to re-spec my ascendency. Thank You.

I recently bought a 200 Point today and wont transfer to game whats the issue? Have prof on e-mail, ps5 tranzacțion payments why wont the virtual points transfer??

This past January there was a post requesting patience with customer service, how long should one expect action on an email to customer service for I've been waiting nearly two months?
It was also stated to NOT submit multiple emails for the same issue. As no acknowledgement is given of receipt how do we know it was received? I did receive a request for more information on one email, sent the required information, and nothing. What's really bad is when I received the latest replay requesting more information THAT WAS INCLUDED IN THE BODY OF THE EMAIL SENT!!! 1) Submitted support request should receive a support ticket number that can be referenced rather than having to send multiple emails not knowing if they were received. 2) Read the message sent rather than simply requesting more information (that was already provided) and sending that ticket to the bottom of the que...(not the most intelligent method mind you) 3) Acknowledge receipt and provide an expected response time. Like many, my purchased package was on a POE account with yet another created when linking with steam. Seriously, why and why aren't they merged regarding POE2? With all the issues on initial release, the first week was crazy and I gave the benefit of doubt when my purchased game package didn't appear, so I carried on leveling multiple characters. It was only much latter I saw how to select which account to play under. Having purchased coins for stash tabs, with higher level toons I merely want the accounts merged to utilize the game package, retain my purchased tabs, and keep my characters |

Since the new patch, items that are dropped in maps keep disappearing! All sorts of items from amulets through simulacrum splinters. And a good proportion of the items are disappearing before I can even try to get them in my inventory. Super frustrating as I missed a bunch of splinters and other items that are ordinarily super valuable. I am on PS5 console. Please fix this bug ASAP!!!
