Priest of the Sun beam needs nerfing

I suppose, we should prioritize taking this guy down first, but it doesn't justify such an unfair skill.

I don't get that. The one thing I can say about them is that at least the damage isn't crazy high. You (well, I) can typically kill them before they can kill me, especially if I pop a flask. But, of course, if there are a ton of other mobs, or I'm in the temple in the campaign on a character without high resists yet...

And that said, the range, the tracking, and duration together are all too much. I think the range and duration both need a nerf.
It just occurred to me that there is hope for seeing this mob get nerfed in the future. We will eventually have Spectres, and turning this thing into a Spectre will be so OP they will have to nerf it.
Just use your own beam to counter beam, it's like you people never watch anime

The Priest of the Sun was barely at the edge of my screen, I dodged very far away instantly. Upon moving back toward its direction, its beam comes back online instantly, auo-targetting me despite me being out of its range, and the Priest of the Sun is nowhere near being on screen. If I approach it any closer, I will die immediately.

(Update, this whole map is full of this enemy, and I did indeed die to a Rare version of one, while being extremely cautious and fighting it from completely off screen. The second it fired up its laser I dodged away, hit a tree halfway through my very long distance Demonform dodge, and died before I could do a second dodge, all while the enemy was completely off screen.)

This mob needs to be straight up deleted. Offscreen death lasers that move faster than running or dodge rolling, and is endless. Oh, the map does not have walls handy, death. Whoever let this go live clearly never had to deal with them. Three deaths tonight from this disaster of design.

1 - A pair of them in a ritual, on opposite sides. Absolutely no means of dealing with them, as insta killing the whole screen wasnt popssible.

2 - Rare one snipes from the edge of the screen on a section of the map with no cover, absolutely nothing that could be done.

3 - more or less the same.

There's no way this mob skill should even exist.
This is Diablo 4 level of enemy design, please nerf the range and duration! its ridiculous. what were you even thinking, this must be a type-o in the code right?
