Path of Exile 2: Upcoming Changes and Improvements

Good changes, just missing a nerf to the Mana siphon modifier. It has way too much range, but mostly it doesn't seem consistent with the visuals.
Post death stuff should NEVER be in the game...
If a mob died, then thats it...it should be the end of your worries
Too many people lost too many characters to "xxx on death" nonsense abilites...

Thank you for making the decision so easy for me and saving me money. Your patch philosophy just shows me once again that I will not invest another cent in you. And I say that as a lifetime supporter with thousands of hours of playing POE1. Its mind boggling...

As another lifetime supporter I understand where you are coming from. Some of the changes really are baffling. i.e. Sanctum was universally hated so they brought it back?!?!?

Fool me once, shame on you.

Fool me twice, shame on me.

GGG zigged when players were expecting them to zag? It's GGG. They literally double down on "The Vision" unless there is a HUGE outcry. :-/

If GGG had just been upfront that ...

PoE2 = Ruthless Souls lite walking simulator.

... I think people's expectations would be tempered instead of feeling blind-sided. i.e. Can't socket multiple gems of the same support gem feels like a huge step BACKWARDS.

What is the time frame for when the next patch is expected to go live?

W changes so far

Buff cold sorc pls T-T

Still nerfing skills that they consider super strong, instead of buffing those skills that are currently trash. The same irrational approach from GGG, we are expecting the same game with meta builds and a bunch of trash skills on release.

did you just not read the part where they said they are buffing underachieving skills???

I don't understand why the exploding crystals on death were removed. They were the lighter version of DoD.

Welcoming changes to the quarterstaff abilities. But I'd like to see full on conversion from physical to elemental damage.
Only rolling slam buff and shield skills for Mace? So many of the shield skills feel unplayable, specifically I'd like to see:

Perfect Strike, Stampede, Sunder, Earth Shatter
"
Maps no longer have additional elemental resistance penalties inherently applied at Tier 6 and Tier 11 or higher Maps. It is now consistent across all of the Endgame.

This was super confusing. Glad theyre changing it.
