Ascent to power quest bugged (in cruel act 2)

level 90 - still have the bug in the quest "ascent to power" - "travel to traitor's passage" .. have all ascensions but the quest is still there.

Same bug here, lvl 56 merc. Defeated Balbala a few times, she even dropped the coin for the trial, however there's no proper Act 2 Trial Of Sekhemas node on the map. There is one, but it indicates monster level 22, just like in Act 2 normal. As a result I cannot progress with the 3rd level of my ascendancy. I still have the quest Ascend To Power / Search Traitor's Passage active in my log. Any help or advice (or bug fix) would be highly appreciated.

I also noticed that after killing Balbala, the monsters reset on the map.
