Where can I get the intelligence for enfeeble? What level do you use it at?
I can't figure out how to use it, it requires a lot of intelligence. |

Interesting set up - I'm currently lvl 89, clearing lvl 81 map trash with ease - however, struggling for dps on certain bosses / getting one shot by some of them at the higher difficulties (3.5khp, 80% all ele res, 75% chaos).
