Need an option to disable Character Voice Lines on Skill Use

I find the Huntress voice lines quite annoying. An option to disable them would improve my gaming experience!

This is still the top search for this issue.
Only way to remove it is to turn down dialogue sound, but that also removes NPC dialogue which sucks for questing and general atmosphere. |

Please add the option, I'm playing druid and he keeps commenting on everything I do or half the spells I cast.
It also interrupts lore audio logs. Half of the time when I click on one, 3 seconds later my character says something and I have to go back to click on the item to play the audio i actually care about. |
