POE2 Can't login to specific character

I have the same problem. Character got stuck in some buggy positon and game crashes on loading screen. (Error: Buffer Underflow)

Maybe we can get a "force character start at town" button in character selection.

So we can at least play this character again and don't have to wait for a patch to fix everyones bugged char locations oder interactions.

I faced the same issue on ps5. The game just crashes on attempt to login using the old character meanwhile new character works fine for now.

Guys just letting you know I found a fix. I was using steam and wasnt able to log in with one out of three chars.
Changed clients froms Steam to the POE2 standalone client and I logged in with all three no probs.

Hope this helps anyone.

I had the problem on the standalone client. Didn't use steam at all.
Also, the latest patch didn't change anything.
All of a sudden, both chars are fine again, though. All it took was waiting 24h.

I got two LVL 36 Characters stuck in the Chimeral Wildlands atm...

On launch day I was able to play a total of 8 hours, and then with the standalone client once for 4 hours.

But now I get unexpected disconnect errors and steam won't even let me refund because of the 8 hours I was able to play on launch day.

You'll get 0 support from GGG, they don't answer emails, PMs or threads here.
Just took my 30 bucks and left me hanging without being able to play for what I paid for.

Same issue. POE2. Can't log on my main
breaks on loading screen- closing game alltogether. Early act 3.
Other char lvl 1 works normally.
Playing maxed out 70-100 fps, zero issues on my end.
Steam account.
Please fix the issue.

Also- if same experience- please add to topic so it's seen by devs/ support.
