POE 2 Crashes My PC After Splashscreen

Hi, just want to bump this problem as I am also experiencing same issue with AMD Ryzen 9 7900 and AMD 7900 XT GPU. DirectX11 runs stable but really laggy when entering maps and new zones.. Directx12 and Vulkan both crash after 10mins or so gameplay. Hard crashes to desktop for me no BSODs so far..

I know this is a bit old, but I still wanted to leave some information here. Until recently, I had the problem that POE 2 (Path of Exile 2) wasn't running stably on either Windows 10 or Windows 11. Using Vulkan brought some improvement. Eventually, I found a solution on Reddit and was surprised.

If you have a 7900XTX and are constantly getting BSODs (Blue Screens of Death), please go into the Adrenalin software and change the GPU settings: set the Minimum frequency to 1500 MHz (default is 500) and the Maximum frequency to 2500-2600 MHz (mine was set to 2920 by default).

The problem seems to be that the AMD 7900 XTX sometimes boosts too high (this crashing behavior is even game-dependent).

After adjusting the settings on my system, I was immediately able to play without problems under Windows 11. Whether this was just a coincidence, I don't know; I will monitor it further tonight.
