POE 2 Complete PC Freeze while loading screen

I would be happy if all GGG did was add an option to disable multithreading during loading screens. We already have an option to disable multithreading in the options, so the work is 90% done.

I had issues on Baldurs Gate 3 similar to POE2. Hard freezes and DX errors.

Lucky you, I did that, and still crashes.

patch notes are out 200$ later 1 month later still no fix i guess im giving up at this point cant play poe2 anymore i guess i just wont play at all im done i give up i feel like they dont give a single shit about us ...... just fed up at this point .....

No one has to stop playing. Just play it with PoEUncrasher.

No one has to stop playing. Just play it with PoEUncrasher.

Plenty of people, myself included are still getting crashes while using PoEUncrasher with admin rights.

It really is as simple as this. Everytime I see someone in this thread complain and then list 24H2 in the specs I wonder why they are so fkin lazy

Not only is it not possible due to time contraints to roll back to 23H2, but for the 56078th time: it. happens. on. 23H2. as. well.

Speaking of being lazy, have you considered reading replies that don't conform to your aligned reality?

I don't have an option to roll back, and reinstalling Windows would be a huge undertaking as I use my computer for software development, and it would take months to reinstall & configure all the required software again.

I am getting this issue now. I have been playing POE 2 on this PC since it launched day 1. About 3 days ago I decided to do a fresh install on my M2 drive, wiped all the partitions and did clean install of windows 11, updated all drivers and now it freezes every loading screen.

If I change the CPU affinity it will crash to desktop instead of lockup. I am using AMD Ryzen 5600X and Nvidia GPU 4070 TI.
